For us, the Grill Academy means reviving the ancient connection between man and fire. We translate this cooperation into our cooking, which takes place over glowing charcoal and crackling flames.
Our goal is to impress our visitors with a completely unique, alternative dining experience. We offer a variety of events throughout the year, whether it's a Grill Academy, BBQ workshop, open day, or Saturday grill party. Our private courtyard is a place where we can escape from the noise of the world. Here, we can find refuge and recharge in the embrace of nature.
Not only at our own venue but also at numerous domestic festivals and private events, we showcase our skills year after year.
We showcase the beauty and flavors of BBQ & GRILL techniques through our own experiences and knowledge. For this, we use wood and charcoal-fired ovens where you can feel and understand the magical dance of fire and embers. It is this unique flavor profile that makes us stand out.
