- Green pea soup, semolina dumplings, drizzled sour cream
- Asparagus risotto with aged cheese from Tiszalök and smoked trout
- Sirloin steak, brown butter carrot purée, ginger chips, jus
- Golden dumplings (aranygaluska) with citrus strawberry ragout and custard
Optional pairings available on-site:
- Wine pairing: 9,000 HUF
- Non-alcoholic pairing: 6,000 HUF
Our venue is covered but outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink pairings are available separately at our events and can be paid for on-site.
